An Annual Pass is a ticket to a world of adventure and discovery at the museum!

  • Fill in the online form to start your museum adventure today.
  • Your transaction receipt is your proof Annual Pass until you receive your Annual Pass card(s).
  • Please retain a copy and bring it with you to use your Annual Pass benefits until the card(s) arrive.
  • Your welcome letter and Annual Pass card(s) will be sent to the address you provide when filling in your online application form.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days after you have completed the form to receive your Annual Pass card(s).
Terms & Conditions
  • To be eligible for a concession you must be a full time student, Senior or other type of valid concession card holder. You may be asked to show your concession card along with your Annual Pass when using discounts or benefits.
  • Annual Passes are valid for 12 months from the date your application is processed (this may differ from the date of purchase).
  • Annual Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Annual Pass holders may be asked for their Annual Pass card to validate their status at any time.
  • Annual Pass holders may be requested to provide photo identification to validate their identity.
  • Annual Pass benefits are subject to change at anytime without notice.
  • Please note: special events and holiday programs have a separate cost.
  • Discount may not apply for temporary exhibitions and special events at Queensland Museum Network museums. Please contact the relevant museum before visiting.
  • Your Annual Pass entitles you to receive updates on events and exhibitions via our Enews service. If you wish to unsubscribe please follow the prompts on your next Enews.
