Queensland Remembers is an outcome of the research conducted over several years to support the Anzac Legacy Gallery. This high-quality peer-reviewed volume will appeal to those who are interested in First World War history.

The publication focuses on the stories behind collection objects held by the Queensland Museum that can be found on display at Cobb+Co Museum, The Workshops Rail Museum and at Queensland Museum. The individual papers focus on less often explored topics related to the First World War including representations of Indigenous war-time experiences in museums and galleries, railway histories, war trophies and the experience of returned soldiers.

Queensland Museum is pleased to present a product that will suit audiences from academic and enthusiasts to the general reader with an interest in objects from our collections.
